When is my registration due on my Manufactured Home?

Manufactured Home registration is due October 1, and delinquent November 30.

How much is the registration on a Manufactured Home?

The base registration fee is $24.00 for a Single-Wide and $48.00 for a Double-Wide used for residential purposes.  If the home is used for commercial purposes, these amounts are $48.00 for single-wide and $96.00 for a double-wide.

Are there other fees or costs to my registration?

Possibly.  Sales taxes could be due if it was not paid when the home was purchased.

Am I entitled to an exemption based on age?

Yes, the registration fee for a person over age 65  who uses the manufactured home as his/her residence, is $5.00 per year.

Am I required to display the registration decal on my home?

Yes.  You must display the decal in a location on the home, visible from the street or driveway.

May I renew my registration by mail?

Yes.  Simply return your notice along with your payment.

Will I be able to renew online?

Not at this time.
